If you’ve made a mistake with your order, like selecting the wrong item, quantity, or entering the incorrect address, please create a new order. Simultaneously, call us right away to inform us of the error. This will allow us to cancel your previous order and promptly process the new, correct one.

To cancel your order, please call us within 4 hours of placing your order to avoid any charges. Once this timeframe has passed, we won’t be able to cancel your order, as our bakers may have already started preparing it.

Regrettably, our services are presently limited to Montreal. Stay tuned, though, as we’re actively working on expanding our business to other cities across Canada. However, if you or someone you know can arrange for pickup in Montreal, you’re still welcome to place your order, and we’ll ensure it gets delivered to the specified Montreal location.

In Montreal, it’s a flat $5 for delivery on any order, and we guarantee it will be at your door within 48 hours. Simple and speedy!
